You are invited to experience an intimate discussion with Notre Dame’s most engaging faculty speakers on some of the most pressing and fascinating issues of our times. Each lecture and Q&A is presented on a “home game” Saturday.

“Healing Words, Healing Work: Supporting Recovery from Child Abuse and Neglect” is presented by Kristin Valentino, William J. Shaw Center for Children and Families Associate Professor of Psychology.

Child abuse and neglect leads to destructive behavioral and physical health problems among millions of children each year. This talk will address how to support recovery from child abuse and neglect through the strengthening of parent-child relationships.

All lectures are free and open to the public.
