The CBM Spring 2023 IAB Meeting will be held on April 18-19, 2023.
See the agenda for a description of activities on both days. Note: this is a hybrid meeting, with the option of attending either in-person or via Zoom (for parts of the meeting).
Representatives from the center's Industry Advisory Board, their colleagues, NSF personnel, guests, and faculty members and students from either Indiana University, Purdue University, or the University of Notre Dame are invited to register for the meeting. Following registration, participants will receive a calendar invitation for the meeting. Online participants: the invitation will include the Zoom link & instructions for connecting to the meeting. CBM Three-Minute Thesis Competition
CBM is sponsoring a three-minute thesis competition for graduate students from Purdue, Indiana, or Notre Dame (whether currently involved in a CBM project or not). The competition will be held at 4 p.m. on April 18. Gift certificates will be awarded to the first place ($250), second place ($150), and third place ($50) presentations, as judged by the center’s Industry Advisory Board (IAB), which is comprised of representatives from leading companies in pharmaceuticals, agriculture, energy, and other industries. Pre-scheduled meetings/lab tours with Notre Dame faculty
In conjunction with the meeting, current IAB members and CBM guests are encouraged to meet with Notre Dame faculty members who are conducting research of interest and visit their labs and facilities.
